ATI CCC won't work

here's my "bug"

upon restart I get this error

cli.exe application error

failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)

I can't get control center to run period. no matter using driver cleaner, registry mechanic, whatever, I can't get CCC to even try to start.
 
It's microsofts .NET framework.

You need to install that to use ATI's control panel for some dumb reason. :mad:
