ATI CCC problem

Every time I boot up my PC, I get a message from CCC that I 'do not have permission to change CCC settings'. I'm using the 7.10 drivers with CCC from the 7.9s. For some reason, I couldn't get the CCC for the 7.10s to load up on my PC. Everything worked fine for a few days after I installed them, then it started doing this. Anyone got an idea what would cause this/how to fix it?
 
I'd uninstall all your ATI stuff, and then run Driver Cleaner and get rid of everything ATI. then do a fresh install of the 7.10 and see what happens.

Also, be wary of the new AIM 6.5 aol just put out. it borks alot of stuff in your box including game launching [steam got real messed up, hl2.exe crashes], netowrk settings, and the ability for me to open my CCC. I had to do a system restore and go back to aim 5.9.
