ATI AIW 9800 Pro Crashing

I was wondering if anyone else has run into this sort of problem with the All in Wonder 9800 Pro.

After using the TV viewing for approx 30 minutes the entire computer will freeze up for a second then the signal to the monitor will stop. If I am using it in Thru View then I will get a windows error saying that the ati mmc has crashed. The resolution will then drop down to 640x480x(16 colors). This happens with the 3.9 and 4.2 drivers on a fresh install of Windows XP.

I am thinking I have a bad card before I go and RMA it though I want to see if anyone else has had this problem also.
