I was thinking of buying a ATI 9800 for my computer. I was wondoring if you could tell me if this card can run FS2004 with Full graphics. If it cant, could you recomend one for me?
 
You should be able to ruin at full frames if you obtain a 256 bit, 256MB 9800 as a minimum (good deals in FS forum). I had Flight Sim. 2000 running on a 16MB video card way back when (I think it was a Diamond TNT2).
