Ok I got this card from my uncle. He tooked it out of his computer because he cant find a driver for it. Ok.. So he bought Geforce fx5200 with 128mb. I said WTF... Is 9700 Pro better?? He said no it is a low in card. I told him no its not. So he let me have it. I think this card is OEM. What drivers can i use to oc this card and i am going to upgrade this HS. What brand is good?? Air cooled PLZ.

In actual fact, the 9700 is several times better, nice deal! Anyway, there isn't usually drivers MEANT for overclocking, but there are many meant for increased performance or visual quality: For tweaked drivers, you can use the omega's Here (these are meant for either performance increases or image quality increases). If your not feeling brave, the regular drivers can be found on ati's site Here .

Now, as for cooling, Ive head good things about the 'VGA Silencer' from Arctic cooling, try a google search for a retailer. Good luck :)
 
Thank you for the help. I hope it have much better graphics when i play NFS2U then my old Ti4200 128mb with 8x.
 
I also have an OEM 9700. I actually could not overclock the card with the Catalyst drivers. It was locked. Even underclocking my card would cause a crash.

The omega drivers that Mojo linked to you unlock the card. Beyond that, if you flash the BIOS with a 9700 Pro BIOS you will likely get better overclocks. Search google for information on this.
 
You might also try ATiTool in concert with ATi's latest catalyst drivers. Grab ATiTool here.
