ATI 9000 Video freezing...

On our shore computer, we have an ATI 9000 AIW. I just did a complete reformat, so it can't be a driver problem... but the Video just keeps on freezing on the ATI TV... The application dosn't 'stop responding', because I can move the video window around...but no moving video.

Any ideas?
