What is comparable to the ATI 9000 Mobility GPU?

I recently upgraded my card and put my GF3 Ti200 in my Nephews computer.

And then I just aquired a ATI 9000 Mobility out of a Dell Machine.I was thinking of plunking this card in my nephews machine but only if its better?

Is the ATI 9000 GPU a better card then the GF3 Ti200 or not?
 
As long as it's not clocked lower than a normal Radeon 9000, it'd be on par with or maybe a touch faster than a Ti200 (when I swapped I saw, at most, a 10% difference in speeds).
