ATI 8500 AIW "cannot find enough resources...

Trying to install new AIW 8500 128mb AGP card on an olber BX based mb (Creative M003 w/SB Live! on board). No matter how many things I disable in bios to free up IRQs etc, the 8500 will not set up.

-bios is not ACPI compatible but is the latest I can get
-XP Pro sp1
-latest Catalyst drivers (tried stock XP driver, same thing)


Can anyone help me out here?
