What do you mean it didnt work? I've heard nothing but great things about the Rage Theatre 550 chip.
 
there would be no point of having a pci-e tv tuner...you don't need that much bandwidth on the graphics port...pci has more than enough.

Maybe he wants it in the PCI-E slot for something like I have...
I have a 90mm fan screwed in place blocking all my PCI slots :)
