ATI 4870 + MCW60 = ??

trying to figure out if it'll bolt up ok before i start taking the fan off my sapphire 4870. yes i know there is a version with a mosfet cooler but i don't see the point in buying that when i already own TWO MCW60's. i can use the copper ramsinks on the mosfets.

so does it bolt up or do i need to build myself a new backplate or some shit?
 
I would like to get a 4870 and water cool it with a MCW60 (dont want full cover). Does anyone have any recomendations for a good 4870 (1GB) to watercool? I know I could pick any reference design and be OK but I would like to see if I could find one with ram/mosfet heatsinks on it already and I can just replace the GPU cooler part.
