One problem is I'll turn it off at night and then the next day it'll turn on, but the video card fan is running really high and there's no response from the monitors.

Oh and this isn't a big deal, it might just be linked with diablo2, but the icons on my desktop are changing, like my computer looked like my firewall, and my css went black/white and then dissapeared, but the text was still there lol

Any one have any ideas?
 
Are you running everything at stock clock speeds? What about the fan speed? And just another off the wall thought, but what about power management settings?
 
its all running exactly how it came from the factory. Ill check the power status.

GPU: ATI 4870
1 HDD, 1 DVDRW, 1 case fan.
PSU is 450watt

That not enough?
