ATI 4850 temperatue graphs?

Quick question, may have been asked before, sorry.

Is there any program out right now that displays a temperature graph for an ATI 4850? Catalyst CC just gives a spot temperature, and ATITool and ATI Tray Tools don't seem to find the right sensor.
 
Looks like it has a very basic graph, but no max/min capability or decent resolution.
 
I want to be able to play a game and see how far up the temperature gets on my 4850 with 35% fan speed. Have you ever used ATI Tray Tools? Exactly like that.

I could alt-tab into CCC, but that doesn't give me a max temperature or anything.
