Athlon64 mobo+cpu buying

Hey , I currently run at 2.23athlon thoroughbred and im thinkin of going to athlon 64 soon . Im pretty read up on 64 bit and ive researched for what i think is the best combination . check it out let me know what you think !

I've got the MSI K8T800, and it's been fine. I've been running it 24/7 with an Athlon64 3200+, with a ThermalTake Silent Boost K8, and it hasn't had problems yet (except for some bad RAM, but that's not the board's fault.)

Performance seems good, although I haven't tried any other motherboards.
