ATA100 Mobo will ATA133 HD Work?

I'm using an old mobo to rebuild a computer for Linux and Web Server purposes.

A-Bit KT7-Raid only supports up to ATA/100 will Ultra ATA 133 or Ultra ATA 100 work?
 
Yes, ATA/133 drives will work on ATA/100 controllers (at up to ATA/100 speed, of course).
