ATA 100 vs 133

Whats the real difference here cause the 2 HDs I am looking at buying the 100 is a bit faster than the 133. Is there any real reason one would pick one over the other? and is it worth spening a little more for a Serial ATA150 or not?

They're all pretty close to the same, although I'd go with SATA over the cables alone.

I am looking because this comes on the case I want and I plan on buying the MSI SLI board that needs these settings to work apparently the best

I'm not much for packaged/included power supplies, they generally suck. You think they're going to give you a good one when they can slap in any 1/2lb piece of crap that has a 500W sticker on it?

Get an OCZ Powerstream or something. There's a bunch of good ones out there but TMK that one is one of the "best" around right now especially weighing power efficiancy. Mine's an Antec Neopower but that's because I got it on rebate, I would have probably done the OCZ one otherwise.
