ATA 100/133 Raid?

well i was looking @ my nvidia nforce 4 series utility cd that came with my mobo, and it sayd Drivers: ATA133 Raid, so that means my mobo has integrated ide raid? or wat, cause i would love to go dual 250gb in raid 0/1

It probably does, yes. Enable it in BIOS and you should be able to press a hotkey on boot to start the raid configurator.
 
ill take a look later on today im a get some sleep, is it unnormal for a mobo to have ata raid? cause i nevr heard of it >.>
