Asus z87 Pro 150 dollars-good price?

Is getting a NEW ASUS z87 pro for $150 a good price? Does anyone know what microcenter sell these boards for as BUNDLE?

I choose it b/c of WIFI B,G,N and Bluetooth 4.0 and it has all the 8 SATA ports and usb 3.0 i need(no usb 2.0-which is good). Realtek 1150 and large heatsinks(more Surface Area).

The Bios seems to be good with easy to OC.

Any other comparable motherboard?

On page 33, i see that it is 184.99 after rebate and savings. Does this savings already include the bundle discount?
