Asus z68 vs z77 question

I recently purchased an Asus z68 Pro V Gen3, but as it arrives in the mail today I was told that I should have spent the extra money and grabbed a z77. Something like, ASUS P8Z77-V PRO.

The only overclocking I plan on doing is changing the multiplier to 43/44. Is there something I'm missing out on for game performance by not getting the z77?

I can always return it, but it's a bit more of a hassle than not.

z77 has integrated usb 3 controller which much better and faster than the third party controllers on the z68.
also it has more sata 3 ports if i m not mistaken.go for the z77.
for oc though its the same as in z68

Will all devices take advantage of usb 3.0?

The only thing I plug into USB is my Mouse/Keyboard and my diablo 3 headset.

devices such as flash drives,external hd s take advantage of the usb3.your listed devices wont notice any performance increase though,
but z77 z more future proof
