Asus VK246 Screen size adjustments?

My Asus VK246 monitor for whatever reason is only projecting the image from the computer input about 9/10ths of the size of the actual lcd screen. What can I do to fix this? Is it an on screen adjustment or is it a video card / catalyst adjustment?

I'm running a 4890 with 10.4a drivers.
