ASUS VG236HE - problematic pixels

So i had purchased the ASUS VG236HE a couple of weeks ago, after setting it up i noticed it had a tiny dead black pixel on the upper-right hand portion of the screen. I requested a replacement which amazon was more than happy to fulfill - once this one arrived i sent the old one back, set the new one up, opened some broken pixel test browsers and low and behold another black dead pixel was found - this time on the bottom middle portion of the screen.

I requested another replacement (#3), received it today, set the monitor up and opened a pixel test website. Found ANOTHER broken pixel more in the middle/right side of the monitor. This one is different from the others in that it kind of blends with the colors of the screen and is only extremely apparent with full bright colors (yellow, red etc.. - which it then appears black, and i found it using a pure red background) however, still somewhat noticeable on white/gray backgrounds.

I'm pretty pissed to say the least. Bad luck on my part i suppose, I don't know how 3 monitors in a row can fail me this hard. When your paying $300+ for a component you expect zero defective attributes. Especially when your watching something and notice the dead pixel begin to pick at your conscious.

Anybody have suggestions? Is there possibly an led lcd 120hz monitor out there, or something that your waiting on that hasn't been released yet? I'm willing to get a refund if there is something that i can rely on, otherwise i'll be requesting amazon to send me a 4th monitor lol..
 
Every monitor will have dead pixels, pretty unavoidable. Having 1 dead pixel should be your least concern, backlight bleeding is what matters.

LED backlighting is just a marketing scam, it offers 0 improvements over CCFL except slimmer bezels at the cost of screen uniformity.

Um, i just find it quite ridiculous that one could feel content after noticing and dealing with a dead pixel days after purchasing the product. It's sort of like buying a car and having the car drift to the left constantly without touching the steering wheel. It's not supposed to be like that - out of the 3 that had been replaced none had bleeding effects other than the slight top and bottom of the screen which has been indicated from multiple reviews, and that i am comfortable with. (It is only somewhat noticeable when the screen is dark, and i mean black dark.)

The monitor is outstanding; colors, image, detail etc. I could notice the 120hz immediately in comparison with my 60hz monitor. A little grudge that i have with it is the screen glare, there's no way to really counter it other than not have immense sunlight glaring into your room, but it's really nothing that hinders me from keeping it.
