ASUS V72

I can tell you its not a great cooler, its right there close with the stock coolers, and a quick search on the egg shows it going for 30 bucks, you can get the S1283 for that and it's leaps and bounds better. The V72 is also far from quiet, and when that 92mm fan starts to crank up the sucker screams. It's pretty much just a rehash of the V-70 but with a clear lower speed fan.
