Asus Trade Up Program for Video Cards

Do you get a working card for the trade up program? Or will you just get the same card back?
 
just a "me too" promotion like the last week of EVGA? honestly I like more the EVGA that say if you have a GTX 700 or 900 series you can trade in to get a RTX 2000 series at a discount + 3 months 0% financing..
