I'm thinking of getting the Crosshair V board with the Thunderbolt card, but I don't know if it is worth the 70 dollar premium.
 
The Killer NIC is pointless, so scrap that out straight away. The Xonar side of it depends on the rest of your setup, what will you be using sound-wise?
Regardless of which, it'd be cheaper to just pick up a Xonar DG separately.
