ASUS Temperature sensor question

First offI have an Asus A7N8X-E. I have Motherboard Monitor running. My question is, how can I make sure I have the right sensors selected?

As it is now, MBM says that my CPU is running at 42C and my case is 28C, however, the CPU is watercooled, so shouldn't it's temp be a lot lower than 42C? I'm not doing anything now but running IRC and Mozilla. For the case sensor, I have board sensor ASUS 2 selected in MBM and for the CPU socket I have ASUS 1 selected. I don't have any way of telling the temperature of the proc other than MBM.

I guess my question is what sensors should be used for the Case and CPU readings. I didn't see them mentioned in the manual.

Thanks in advance
