This is a reinstall, I made the mistake of not backing up my current working drivers.

I found the drivers again, installed the drivers and I have no Realtek Control Panel to adjust my settings on my ASUS Sabertooth P67. I like having the audio go out on my speakers and my headphones so I dont have to worry about plugging them in or if they are plugged in unplugging them, a lot easier to toggle my mute button on my speaker setup.
 
NOTE: If you weren't using the proper Realtek drivers, ONLY follow step-9. If that fails, then start over and do ALL 9 steps!

Follow these steps and report back. Yes, this is going to be anal, but it will eliminate any potential software issues that you are having.

1. Install Driver Sweeper and CCleaner. Click the links for the download.

2. From your program manager, uninstall any realtek drivers. It will ask that you reboot.

3. As you're rebooting, enter your bios in the mobo. Do NOT go straight to Windows!

4. (NOTE: This is to prevent drivers from automatically installing if you boot normally) It's usually under integrated peripherals, but look for motherboard audio (might be listed as HD audio). Options are usually enabled/disabled or auto/disabled. Just in case there are more than two options, make a note of what is current selected. Disable it, then exit and save changes.

5. Once you leave the bios, spam the F8 key until you get the option to enter safe mode. Enter safe mode

6. Open CCleaner and clean your registry. This will get rid of a TON of crap that Realtek left behind in the uninstall, as well as any other garbage you may have. Keep running it until it stops finding crap. Close CCleaner.

7. Run Driver Sweeper and ONLY look for Realtek AUDIO (not LAN) drivers. This will usually find 1-2 entries that CCleaner couldn't find. After cleaning, it will ask for a reboot. Do so, but...

8. Enter the bios again and re-enable your onboard audio. Reboot to Windows normally.

9. Install the latest official Realtek Audio drivers (R2.68) for your system. This package includes the driver and the HD Audio Manager you're looking for.

Report back with any issues. Sorry for the overkill guide, but this will nuke any softer issues that could be causing your problem.
