asus sabertooth p67 b3 issue

I have it set to power off after ac power loss, yet it turns on after ac power loss and that pisses me off. my bios version is 1502. anyone else had any issue like that or know what could be done about it?
 
My P67 shown in sig. does the same thing. Never found out why but I suspect it wasn't totally finalized by Asus.
