Hi
Card not recognised not video out on monitor
On board only 12v on 3-4 coils,5v,and 3v3, not any other voltage
I resolder ic for 1v8 then all voltage present.
I put card installed drivers and tested with furmark,was ok 61celsius max
Today again no video out,and I noticed when put hotair on 1v8 ic then fans spin and card has video,but after that card found as normal vga card ,not rx580.
Somehow now installed drivers and card recognised but now when start furmark and press stress button,monitor goes in sleep mode,no video out from card.
Is any sw like math for amd card that can be test memory ir should reflow gpu,BUT card works when hotair on 1v8 ic (see image)
Sometimes all voltages present but gpu crystal is ice cold, then with pressure snd little banding pcb starts to get hard

AMD cards can be a pain sometimes .. try to turn VSync off in the driver as thats where black screens come from sometimes .. other then that you can pull the card and reset your cmos .
 
Thanks for suggesting but here is hw problem
Is any sw for amd gpu like math? Need to check memory because costumer say before totally dead artefacts was shown on monitor

On IN of UP0132P was 2v7, nowi removed ic and inject on output pure 1v8
Now without ic i see im to ice that is removed is 3v3 what should be. So i guess damaged UP0132P.
Now furmark works and i see 1v8 consumption is 355mA and goes down when restart pc
BUT suddenly instesd 1v8 i put 2v ir maybe more and then colour stripes horizontally on screen
I leaved,tomorrow image ok but now 1v8 instead 253mA takes 555mA,so has anyone sch of asus to check
