I have an Asus RT-N56U router. Its currently running a fairly old firmware version (1.0.1.7f). I have tried on numerous occasions to upgrade the firmware as per the Asus instructions but I always run in to the same problem - basically, the web interface 'loses' all its options...take a look at the image below to see what I mean.
The only way to regain functionality is to downgrade the firmware to 1.0.1.7f.
At first the upgrade seem to succeed, but its only when I start reconnecting switches etc that the problem occurs.
Any help on solving this would be appreciated.
