I'm trying to setup qos on my asus rt-n66u router. I got two questions. First, if i leave the "Source IP or MAC" blank does that mean that rule is applied to all devices on the network? Second, for the destination port if put in 58000:60999 does that cover all ports from 58000 through 60999?
 
attach a screenshot but without seeing it I would say yes to both questions. Any reason why you want/need those ports open. Quick test is to find an online port scanner.
