Hello,
Does anyone know if this is the correct site to RMA a motherboard (A8N-SLI Deluxe) to Asus?
http://rma.asus.com/enduser/RmaRequest.aspx
(looks kinda bootleg?)

Also, does/will Asus send the moboard out first or do I have to dismantle my PC and send them moboard first? (Then I will be with out my PC!)

I know, I just RMA'd Kingston and they sent the RAM out first. I had to give them my C.C. info though....Just in case I did'nt send the old stuff back.

Thanks,
Greg

for an ASUS RMA, generally you put your head between your knees and kiss your ass goodbye. They're messy.

>_<

That's the right site though, from what I remember.

EDIT: And in my experience, you're sending them your board for 3 weeks or so.

Better off calling over the phone, you'll get better service and a faster response.

And I really hope they aren't messy, or take three weeks- I've got a P4P800 Deluxe out for RMA as we speak!

ASUS: Breaks down the least, most reliable out of box for DOA count... but heaven forbid you have to RMA, because so far the shortest has been 2 weeks 5 days before I got it back, shipped out overnight.

I had to RMA my board twice...2nd time theyve replaced it. I suggest call them up and talk to someone cuase their online tech support sucks. over the phone, theyll tell you what to do. It was a pleasure to deal w/ them over the phone, but a hell of a mess over the internet.

Thanks for the info......
God pray its my moboard!
Does anyone know the number to Asus?
Toll Free??
thanks
G
