ASUS Prime X370-pro overclocking help what setting should I set in asus ai suite or in bios to get best out of 1700 ryzen

I could be wrong but I think people either overclock through the bios or through ryzen master.

I have two machines with the X370 Pro, one has a 1700 and the other has a 1700X. I overclock strictly through the bios. Also, the only thing I have done that I had to do a bios reset on was when I made my ram timings too tight and the computer would no longer boot. Otherwise, this board has great overclocking recovery capabilities.
