In terms of performance and quality, which is better bang for the buck?

I would say neither are really bang for your buck as both MSI Lightning Z and Asus Poseidon are still overpriced and especially if the Nvidia rumor is true about releasing their next GPU in July. But if you insist on getting either one and both cost the same price, I would go with Lightning Z if you are just running an air setup, but if you already have a loop setup, than it is Asus Poseidon.

I have 2 Posiedons in sli. I got them for 800 ish each last year. They're stupid powerful at 2012mhz.

55 to 60 on water and 70 to 80 on air.

Wait for next gen to be honest.
