Asus P6X58D Premium and -E difference?

I'm thinking of getting the Asus P6X58D-E or Premium motherboard. Can anyone tell me the difference, except the $50-60?
 
I have the Premium and I thought the E was mATX, but it isn't. It looks like there are only small differences in the boards. Check out the Asus web site. Maybe they can explain it better.
 
the premium has dual gigabit nics where the -E only has 1 and the premium has a reset button on the board whereas the -E does not. Other than that they are almost identical.
 
I'd say go with the E version. I have the same motherboard and it works great. The extra features of the Premium don't warrant the cost, IMO.
