I've been having this problem for a while, but I've been too lazy to get it resolved. Whenever I put my PC to sleep or hibernate, when I turn it back on the CPU voltage lowers by about .3 to .5 volts, causing the CPU to become unstable under load. I have vdroop control turned on in the BIOS, so I'm not sure what could be causing this problem. This issue started only after I changed the overclocking settings, but I don't remember changing anything that would cause severe vdroop on sleep/hibernate. Any suggestions?
