Hi i'm currently trying to figure out what's wrong with a friend's computer but I can't seem to find the problem. I was hoping someone on here could help me.

Here's the specs:
Asus P5KPL-CM motherboard
Intel Q8200 Quad Card CPU
G-Skill DDR2-800 PC2-6400
OCZ 600w PSU
Lite-On DVD burner
Western Digital Caviar blue 640GB hard drive.

Here's the problem:
When the computer is powered on, it will beep once like it should and display the asus splash screen. Once the asus splash screen pops up, it'll get stuck on that screen. If I press the "del" key or "tab" key, nothing happens still.

What I've tried so far:
-took out ram and put only one stick in and switch spots also
-tried different ram stick I had laying around I knew worked for sure.
-clear cmos
-unplugged both hard drve and dvd burner
-checked voltages of the PSU using voltmeter (all voltages normal)

Also, I had sent this board in for RMA thinking that it was the board and got it back yesterday but it still does the same thing.

So as of now, I'm not sure what it could be. I'm really leaning towards the motherboard but I sent it in for RMA already and got it back but i'm thinking they didn't do jack crap to the board.
