Just got this board (X48 chipset) and a Q9450 to go with it and even if i set the FSB to anything over 350 it will not post. So 16MHz+ over it's default 333 FSB setting and it wont work.

I've disabled PCI-E spread spectrum, disabled most of the CPU features apart from virtualization.
I've tried it with the CPU multi on default 8x and also with 7x so even at 351 FSB the CPU's still running slower than default speed, but still will not post, but i've tried a higher CPU voltage anyway. Have also raised the chipset voltage to 1.4v, lowered the RAM speed and relaxed the timings a lot (the RAM's capable of 2GHz but it's nowhere near that at the moment).

What else can i try??
