Asus showed of their latest G45 M-ATX at Computex 2008.
Found an image of the board over at Anandtech.

It's P5Q-EM, not P5D. This is is the cut down version with the P5Q-EM HDMI being the high end.
 
a g45 with an addon module for skype!
