Asus P4P800 Deluxe Bios Recommendation

Gonna fire up this thing for the first time and wanted to know if anyone can recommend a specific bios version. Lastest seems to be 1016.

Running a 3.4C, no overclocking.

Using 1016 myself. Rock solid so far. I'm running a 2.4c @ 3.2. No problems at all, great board. Good luck.

I agree. I'm using the 1016 also and running my 3.0c at 3.7

I just put on the 1016 bios a few days ago..

Doesn't overclock nearly as well as it did (either through AI overclock or manual overclock)
Voltages for AI Overclock are lower
Turning on PAT now freezes the system

Wish i had backed up that bios it came with as it ran perfect ..
Unless it comes on your board, or you need it for a specific reason, i wouldn't do it.

which bios do you want, I pretty much have all of them. I've saved them all before updating. I can send it to you if you like, or post it on some webspace.

Still using 1010 with no problems if that helps you. Take it with a grain of salt considering what that box is running.

1016 works fine, I'm not overclocking at all so it doesnt matter to me.

No overclocking. And regarding previous bios and use the ausus live update it will list at least the last 3 for you to choose from.
