Is MSI as good as Asus manufacturer in Main Boards?

Finally for a 3570K working at 4.200 mhz, and considering i´ll never do SLI or Crossfire, wich one:

Asus P8Z77-V LK

Mas de Asus

--------------

MSI Z77A-G45

Mas info MSI G45

No recomendarme otra gigabyte, sera una de estas 2.

How many phases have MSI?

MSI are easier to overclock than Asus?

Greetings

I've had good experiences with both MSI and Asus, so I don't think you can go wrong with either. Given that the features of both are fairly similar, I would go with the MSI board since it is cheaper.

Phases doesn't matter. Both are equally easy to overclock.

I prefer the UEFI on the ASUS over the MSI. I think the ASUS boards are easier to overclock but that's probably because they all behave about the same. The same settings and steps I'd use for a P8Z77-V Pro is the same as what I'd use for the P8Z77-WS or P8Z77-V Premium. This isn't to say that they all have identical overclocking headroom, as they don't. MSI boards on the other hand have more variance from model to model. The MSI Z77A-GD41 for example behaves nothing like the Z77A-GD65. The settings I'd use for one may not exist on the other and even if they did, there is no guarantee that it will behave the same way.

Been using asus for a good while now (since socket 754)
Never let me down.... been through 3 computer builds all rock solid good oc'ers and plenty of nice perks

i was having a couple problems and i swapped my asus for an MSI Z77G65 and it is very nice. I like it a lot.

The price was pretty unbeatable for what you get too.

overall though I'd have to say they are pretty close

I'm really happy with my MSI boards right now, I have a Z77 Mpower and a Z77A-GD55, both work great and overclock nicely. The BIOS is pretty easy to use as well. I have no complaints so far.
