Asus or Gigabyte or wait...

Im looking to put together a decent system for my gf. I was trying to decide on a mobo, I would take the TForce but its out of stock at Newegg. My other options were the Asus A8N-VM or the Gigabyte GA-K8N51PVMT-9. If I cannont wait for the Tforce to get back in stock which mobo would you guys recommend, Asus or Gigabyte? The difference in price is 3 dollars so that doesnt matter, Im just looking for something that is going to be easy to set up and stable after I leave it with her so she wont have any problems. Im going to be putting an A64 3200+ in it, and probably wont overclock but might want to in the furture. Im also going to be putting in 1gb of Patriot Sig Series DDR(512x2) (Also have the option for Corsair ValueSelect Ram, not quite sure yet which would be more stable in this system). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
 
I'd go for the Gigabyte. The extra $3 buys you the nforce 430 chipset vs. the nforce 410.
 
I would definitely go for the Gigabyte. It has more oc'ing options than the Asus one from what I have heard, but unfortunately there is no voltage control options... believe me I checked. :(

Plus it has the nforce 430 chipset, which has gigabit lan, 4 sata II ports, and better onboard audio.
