Keeping getting a synthesized voice telling me the VGA post failed. IS this an indication it died or is there a way to reset it?
 
could be the VGA card... have a different vga card to try? ...

try re-seating your VGA card again... take it out, brush off anything, and put it firmly back in and give it a little wobble.. then post
