Okay i am building a 4770k and plan on buying a GTX 780 TI CLASSIFIED. For the moment and probably for the next few years i will not have to worry about another gpu or SLI. My main question is this Mobo supports 2-3 way SLI BUT.... it is either a single GPU at x16 PCi-e 3.0 or duel x8 PCi.e 3.0. Now with this being said will i notice a huge decline in performance with 2 GTX 780 TI CALSSIFIED's running in 2x(x8) PCi-e 3.0. When the time comes to buy a new GPU i will probably either go for the top line GPU at that point or whatever will out perform this 780 or just get another one and SLI them. I guess my main question is does it really matter?

No you will not notice the difference at all in general daily use. A gpu can't even saturate a 8x pci-express lane yet. Now if you was benchmarking it will make a little difference in that department though.
