This may be a stupid question, but are you able to use the above motherboard without watercooling for the northbridge?
 
Although like the Blitz the NB will get pretty toasty, the waterblock isn't that effective as air cooling, slap a 40/60mm fan above and it should be fine :)
 
isnt it more or less the same thing as one of their other boards without the "extreme" bits stuck on.

The extreme in this case refers to the board using ddr3.
