I bought this motherboard recently, and I'm getting random crashes on my windows desktop (unless i'm in safe mode). In some crashes, the display becomes garbled, which leads me to think that it is a video problem. I tried several different drivers for the integrated video as well as a bios update to no avail.

I'm currently running an Athlon X2 4000+ Brisbane and a pair of OCZ Gold XTC PC2-6400 1GB on the board. I have a radeon x1900gt coming soon, but I'd really want to be able to use the integrated video before then. Any solutions?

EDIT: Come to think of it, could it be a memory problem as well?

supposedly it's a bios and driver issues from what I've read.

I setup a system for my friend a while ago with this board and it had some issues too.

Quirky board.

I'm about to pick one up for an HTPC build.

You have to update the bios and then it will work with catalyst 7.4 and 7.5.

For now 7.3 is the only stable one without the bios update.

Look around the web for other threads.
