Asus K8N-E Delux question

I got a AMD 3000+ 64 ..and i notice i can change the multiplyer but i don't really understand how it works .. i mean it doesn't give me options like the Nforce 2 boards like 12 , 12.5 , 13 so on and so forth. anyone explain this to me?
