Asus Hero VI - 4TB harddrive missing in BIOs

I am kinda at a loss on this one. After googling for hours I thought I would ask here.

I added a new WD Purple 4tb harddrive to my rig below.

The BIOs cannot see the harddrive at all no mater what SATA Port i place it into.

What i have done, checked SATA ports with a normal WD 1TB Black Hard Drive, they are working
Tested Sata Cables and Power Cables with a normal WD 1TB Black Harddrive, They are working,
Updated BIOs to 1603, which is the latest
Loaded optimal BIOS settings,
BIOS is set to ACHI due to the SSD

I am at a total loss on why this drive will not appear in the BIOs

I cross posted this over to ROG also to see if they had any ideas.

OS Windows 7 Ult. 64bit
Intel SSD 530 Series
i7 4770k stock
32gig dominater ram
Nvidia gtx 770
Asus ROG Maximus VI Hero System Board
Corsair AX860

Have you tested the new drive in either another system or with a USB-SATA adapter to make sure the drive is not DOA?

BTW, I would return it and get a different drive. These drives are designed for video surveillance appliances / security cameras that record video 24/7 where it is essential that the drive fail bad reads and writes fast and it okay to return corrupt sectors instead of trying to recover.
