so i got an asus matrix 7970. hooray.

this is my first asus card and i have a couple of questions regarding the gpu tweak.

after i create, save and then burn my profile, it asks me to reboot and i do.

upon restart, i still have to select the profile # i want to enable it. is this right? am i missing something? i would've thought the burn option saves the settings to the bios and that would be that.

if the above is correct, do i have to keep gpu tweak running after i select the profile i want?

there is a setting to automatically apply the profile on startup
 
I used to use smartdoctor to get at the voltages in my 6950s...it sucked balls

is this thing any better?
 
depends what you want,

if you want simple, and clean - go for trixx

if you want all the bells and whistles go for Afterburner

If you want something in between got for GPU Tweak.
