Asus Geforce 780 Ti issues

I believe your temps are a bit high. Mine only breaks about 71-72C while gaming. Your temps are not harmful to your card but definitely a bit higher than they probably should be.
 
Is it reference? otherwise your temps are about where they should be at (80-83c). 3dmark, and everything else looks normal to me.
 
what are your fan speeds? turn then up to 100% it will cool down
 
The computer itself may be open, but are you putting the computer in an enclosed space of any kind? You need to give it ample room for hot air to escape.
