ASUS GamerOSD issues

Just FYI gents,

With ASUS GamerOSD installed it seems to run whether you want it to or not and it has caused me a few issues that were a real beoch until I tried uninstalling OSD...

Periodic slowdown for no reason in Clear sky, only with A.I. turned on in CCC, was so bad I was playing with single core....issue resolved by uninstalling OSD.

DX10 games would only run in windowed mode...had to run with -dx9 command to play full screen in Crysis Warhead, Clear SKy, and even Bioshock...issue resolved by uninstalling OSD.
