Asus EZ-Flash 2 won't see usb keys

I wanted to update my ASUS P5W DH Deluxe bios from 1707 to 2004 using my usb key. The problem is that ez flash 2 doesn't recognize anything in the utility. Both my Corsair Flash Voyager and my cruzer micro won't work. If I do the Alt + F2 on startup, the utility itself will show up, but i can't do anything as it doesn't list any drives connected to it. If i run the utility from in the BIOS itself, i get the same results. Both keys will show up in the bios in the drives section, so my computer knows they're there, but i can't seem to update this way. Any ideas?? BTW, i think they are both FAT32 formatted, and they also have other folders and stuff on them besides the new bios. Thanks

Make sure you have the right bios on the usb drive.On the Asus site they list 'DOS' and 'all' or 'windows' versions.

make sure the usb drives are formated with fat32 and are plugged in when u power on the system.
